Harm’s Way have today started recording a new LP. The band will spend a week with Andy Nelson at Bricktop and resulting tracks will be mixed by Kurt Ballou at Godcity. It’s scheduled for an early 2015 release via Deathwish.

Krokodil Announce New LP; Release New Song

Krokodil, who feature current and ex-members of Gallows, Cry For Silence, Hexes and Sikth, have announced their debut LP, Nachash, will drop November 11 via Spinefarm

They’ve also released the first song from the LP, titled “Reptilia Familiar”.

Thom Yorke Drops New LP

Radiohead’s Frontman, Thom Yorke, has dropped a new LP, Tomorrow’s Future Boxes, without any formal prior announcements. He did post this photo of a plain white record last week - which began a lot of online speculation about it’s intent. 

In typical Yorke fashion, the record has not been released via conventional methods. It’s available via BitTorrent digitally or on vinyl with some nifty packaging. Read more about the release strategy here

Northlane Announce New Vocalist Shortlist

After the departure of Adrian Fitipaldes, Northlane have put out a shortlisted group of potential new frontmen. Chuck a suss here - apparently one of these dudes will be Adrian’s replacement. 

Goatsnake Announce First Details of New LP

Goatsnake are gearing up to release their first new LP in close to 15 years. It’s currently untitled but it’s due for a release on Southern Lord next year and will feature the familiar faces of Greg Rogers (The Obsessed, Sonic Medusa), providing drums, Greg Anderson of Sunn O))) taking care of the riffs, Pete Stahl (Scream, Wool, Earthlings?) on vocals, and new bassist Scott Renner (Sonic Medusa, Sourvein). Joining them again on production duties is Nick Raskulinecz.
